• Boot into Recovery.

• Wipe data factory reset, Cache partition, Dalvik Cache and Format the System partition.

• Copy the latest LineageOS 15.1 for Le Pro 3 ZIP file, Oreo 8.1 GApps and/or supersu ROOT package to the phone or use the updater app to download the LineageOS 15.1.

  NOTE:
  – If you are on an OFFICIAL LineageOS 14.1 then you will be allowed to download the latest OFFICIAL LineageOS 15.1 using the updater app but you won’t be allowed to upgrade to LineageOS 15.1 on top of LineageOS 14.1
  – So, you need to export the downloaded LineageOS 15.1 ROM build file to the SD card or phone memory from the updater app:
  You can export the downloaded package to the sdcard/phone memory from the Updater app by long-pressing the downloaded file and then selecting “Export” on the top menu

• Boot into Recovery.

  – Make sure you have a latest custom Recovery that should be able to flash the LineageOS 15.1 ROM update.

• Format or wipe the system partition from the custom recovery menu.
• First install the OFFICIAL LineageOS 15.1 ROM ZIP file from device. DON’T REBOOT YET. Then flash the GApps and/or supersu zip from your device memory WITHOUT rebooting.

1. Open the SP Flash tool zip file and then open the flash_tool.exe file.

5. After clicking on the download button you will see a red bar on the bottom followed by a yellow bar.
   When the TWRP is downloaded to UMIDIGI A1 Pro, the SP Flash tool will alert you saying Download is done.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE OF HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL TWRP FOR HTC U11 Life:

 

1. Connect the HTC U11 Life to the PC using the USB cable and install required USB driver
2. Install 15 Seconds ADB Installer or Minimal ADB and Fastboot on Windows or Linux or MAC as per the PC you have
3. Reboot the HTC U11 Life into bootloader mode and Unlock bootloader of HTC U11 Life
4. Then, on your PC, go to the directory where you have downloaded the TWRP for HTC U11 Life and then open the command console or terminal on this directory on your PC.

6. Enter the following command on the opened command window:

   adb reboot bootloader

   to put your phone into bootloader mode where you can flash/install TWRP for HTC U11 Life.

   fastboot reboot

   on the command console to restart the phone.
   Immediately press the volume up (or the exact key combination) to boot into the recovery mode.

9. From TWRP, disable encryption and flash the Disable Force Encryption zip file

   – Then you flash the Disable Force Encryption zip file so that the system will not encrypt it again.[/su_note]

Flashing AOGP KitKat ROM on Redmi 1S:

To update your phone with AOGP ROM you have to get the recovery flashable ROM zip file over here:

STEP 1:

Copy the ROM zip file to your SD card(By using a USB cable or via adb push command).

STEP 2:

After copying the ROM zip file to your SD card you have to go to the recovery and there you have to install this zip file.
To go to the recovery type the following command (if you are on a PC):

$ adb reboot recovery

STEP 3:

Initiate a clean flash.
Wipe Data/Factory Reset, Format Dalvik Cache, Format Cache and Format System partition.

NOTE:
This step will delete all your data.
Consider backup your all data out of your phone.

STEP 4:

Select the Install Zip from SDcard option.
Select the ROM zip file where you have kept in the SD card.

The flashing will take a while.
When it will be done you can reboot your system and enjoy the AOGP ROM on your device.

NOTE:
This ROM does not contain Google applications like Gmail, drive, maps etc.
You need to install them separately.
