    CyanogenMod 12.1 for Galaxy Nexus is brought to you developer Ziyan. Earlier he was the developer to bring you the CM 12 build for Nexus maguro. Also if you are interested on Android M then here is the AOSP Marshmallow ROM for the Galaxy Nexus.

    CyanogenMod 12.1 Lollipop ROM for Galaxy Nexus

     
    If you wanna taste Nougat then here is the Nougat ROM for Galaxy Nexus.

    Files needed for this flashing:

    ROM ZIP: ROM download link
    GAPPS: Android Lollipop 5.1 Google Apps download link
    Make sure that you have the the bootloader unlocked and installed a custom recovery. If you don’t have a custom recovery then follow the below link:

    Flashing CyanogenMod 12.1 for Galaxy Nexus:

    Consider taking a backup of your OLD ROM before installing this new ROM.

    STEP 1:

    Copy the ROM and GApps package to your phone.

    STEP 2:

    Enter into the custom recovery.
    Do a Factory Reset/Wipe Data and Cache partition.

    STEP 3:

    Install the ROM and Gapps recovery flashable zip packages using the custom recovery.

    STEP 4:

    Reboot your phone to enjoy the CyanogenMod 12.1 for Galaxy Nexus phone.

    SuperSU is no more needed because it is embedded in CyanogenMod 12.1. To enable SuperSU you just need to enable developer options and there you will find the Root access option.

    That’s all guys. This is a beta build and an unofficial build. An unofficial build means you will not get daily updates and OTA updates, but do not worry Ziyan is releasing the builds frequently. If you have some concerns regarding this ROM then head over to the source link and convey the same.

    REQUIRED LINKS AND FILES FOR LineageOS 13 for S3 Neo MARSHMALLOW CUSTOM ROM:

    Root binary is NOT inbuilt in LineageOS 13, so you may need a separate SuperSu package or LineageOS su binary to install to gain ROOT access. Here is How to Enable ROOT on LineageOS 13
    If there is no in-built ROOT or it does not work for some reason then you can try SuperSU ROOT to gain ROOT access.

    HOW TO INSTALL/DOWNLOAD/FLASH/UPDATE Galaxy S3 Neo LineageOS 13 MARSHMALLOW CUSTOM ROM:

    1. Follow this if you are flashing LineageOS 13 for Galaxy S3 Neo (i9300i) for the first time, or coming from another ROM:

      Points to NOTE:
      – Try to avoid restoring apps backup using Titanium Backup. It may break things up.
      – Don’t restore system data using Titanium Backup! It will definitely break the current installation.
      – It is also discouraged to Restoring Apps + Data using Titanium Backup.

      • Make sure you are on stock Android KitKat Firmware. If not then first install the 4.4.4 Firmware and then proceed.
      • Then, download and Copy the GApps and LineageOS 13 for Galaxy S3 Neo ROM ZIP to your phone.
      • Boot into Recovery. Make sure to have a Custom recovery like CWM or TWRP or any other custom recovery. If not then follow the Samsung recovery update guide (it’s a generic guide which will work for TWRP as well as CWM recovery or any other recovery)
      • Wipe data factory reset, Cache partition, Dalvik Cache and Format the System partition.
        – Here is a guide explaining How to clear data using TWRP.

        This will delete all your data on your phone. You may consider complete backup of your phone data or take a NANDROID backup of the current ROM

      • First flash the Galaxy S3 Neo LineageOS 13 ROM ZIP from device. Then flash the GApps zip from your device memory.

    Android M for Galaxy Nexus is right here. Cheers to all Galaxy Nexus users! This Android 6.0 ROM is based on AOSP and built by (As usual) recognized developer Ziyan. Ziyan also built CyanogenMod 12 and CyanogenMod 12.1 for Galaxy Nexus.

    Flashing Galaxy Nexus Marshmallow ROM:

    Consider taking a backup of your OLD ROM before installing this new ROM.

    Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920F devices are getting official Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update version G920FXXS3DPF3. The version numbers may be different for different countries and different carriers. Here is a very simple Step By Step guide to update the Marshmallow Update Manually on the Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920F. Just grab the Firmware update using the SamFirm utility as explained in the below section and then follow the manual OTA update process to get the latest update.

    This update is now rolled out to the following countries and Carriers:

    Flashing LineageOS 16 on Galaxy S7 for the first time:

    • Try to avoid restoring apps backup using Titanium Backup. It may break things up.
    • Don’t restore system data using Titanium Backup! It will definitely break the current installation.

    1. Download and Copy the LineageOS 16 Gapps and the Galaxy S7 LineageOS 16 ROM ZIP file to your phone.
    2. Boot into the TWRP custom Recovery to install this LineageOS 16 for Galaxy S7.

    3. Wipe the data partition (or do a factory reset), Cache partition, Dalvik Cache or ART cache and Format the System partition.

    1. Copy the latest ROM zip file of LineageOS 16 for Galaxy S7, LineageOS 16 GApps and/or Magisk ROOT package to the phone
    2. Boot into Recovery.
      – Make sure you have a latest custom Recovery that should be able to flash the LineageOS 16 ROM update.
    3. Format or wipe the system partition from the custom recovery menu.
    4. Install the LineageOS 16 ROM for Galaxy S7.

    REQUIRED DOWNLOADS AND LINKS TO UPDATE Galaxy S4 OREO ROM:

    HOW TO INSTALL/FLASH/UPDATE ANDROID OREO FOR Galaxy S4 (ANDROID OREO 8.0, AOSP ROM):

    Follow this to update Android Oreo on Galaxy S4 for the first time or coming from another ROM:

    Points to NOTE on BACKUP before updating:
    – Try to avoid restoring apps backup using Titanium Backup. It may break things up.
    – Don’t restore system data using Titanium Backup! It will definitely break the current installation.
    – It is also discouraged to Restoring Apps + Data using Titanium Backup.

    • Boot into Recovery by one of the following method:
      – Power off the phone and keep pressing key combinations while turning on your phone.
      – If you have enabled USB debugging and you have ADB utility installed on your PC then you can execute the following command on a console or command prompt:

      adb reboot recovery
    • Wipe data factory reset, Cache partition, Dalvik Cache and Format the System partition using the recovery.
      – Here is a guide explaining how to wipe data using TWRP recovery.

      This will delete all your data on your phone. IGNORE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO OR IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE THIS. You may consider complete backup of your phone data or take a NANDROID backup of the current ROM.

    • Download the Galaxy S4 Android Oreo ROM zip file from the above download link and copy the files to phone.
    • Flash the Galaxy S4 Oreo AOSP ROM zip from device.

    Upgrading from earlier version of AOSP Android Oreo ROM for Galaxy S4:

    • Copy the latest Galaxy S4 Oreo ROM ZIP file to your phone.
    • Boot into Recovery.
    • Flash the latest Android Oreo AOSP ROM ZIP from your phone and wait till it finishes flashing.
