This Galaxy Grand 2 Android Lollipop ROM, is a CyanogenMod 12.1 custom ROM built from Android lollipop 5.1 sources by developer mukulsoni and is built for model number (SM-G7102). CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android Open Source Project, which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for devices.

STEP 1:

Copy the ROM and GApps zip file to your phone(By using a USB cable or via adb push command).

STEP 2:

Enter into recovery mode by pressing your device specific key combinations.
Or else if you are on a pc with USB driver and adb installed, then type the following command:

$ adb reboot recovery

STEP 3:

Wipe system partition, cache, data and dalvik cache (If you are coming from a KitKat ROM)

STEP 4:

Select the Install Zip from SDcard option.
Select the CM 12.1 for Galaxy Grand 2 Android lollipop ROM zip file and let the installation complete and then reboot. Flashing this ROM may take a while, so have patience.
Complete the initial setup, reboot to recovery and then flash the GApps package and reboot again and enjoy Android Lollipop 5.1 with CyanogenMod 12.1.

HOW INSTALL TWRP ON Galaxy On7 / On7 Pro USING ODIN:

1. Connect the Galaxy On7 / On7 Pro to the PC using the USB cable and install required Samsung USB driver

 

2. Restart the Galaxy On7 / On7 Pro phone into download mode in order to install TWRP for Galaxy On7 / On7 Pro using the ODIN application.Press and hold the below three buttons until you see a WARNING SCREEN! to enter into the Download mode:
   Volume DOWN key + Power key + Home keyWhen you see the WARNING SCREEN press the volume UP key to continue into the Download mode.

 

3. Open the ODIN application on your Windows PC and see the device is already connected
   – At this moment I believe your phone is already connected to the PC, if not, then Connect your phone (while it is still in the download mode) to the PC using a USB cable.
   – ODIN will show an Added! message on the message box with a port number on the top left screen of ODIN application.

   TROUBLESHOOTING:
   – If you don’t see an Added message and a port number, then try uninstall and re-install the Samsung Driver.
   – Try a different USB driver or Install Samsung Kies to install default Samsung Drivers.

4. Then click on the AP button on the ODIN application and select the TWRP for Galaxy On7 / On7 Pro which might be in .tar or tar.md5 file extension

3. ADB Sideload the LineageOS 17.1 zip file for Galaxy Note 10.

This is an unofficial CyanogenMod 12.1 Galaxy S Advance Lollipop ROM (i9070) based on Android Lollipop 5.1.1, by developer hastalafiesta. Unofficial CyanogenMod 12.1 means there will be no OTAs and no daily updates. You will be getting updates when the developer release one. This ROM is ready for daily usage with minor bugs.

Android 4.1.2 is the base ROM firmware that is required for this upgrade. If you don’t have 4.1.2 then make sure you will first upgrade to that firmware and then go for this installation.

Galaxy S Advance CyanogenMod 12.1 Lollipop ROM flashing guide:

STEP 1:

Put the boot.cpio.gz into /efs folder in your device and set its permissions to 777 by using terminal emulator app or any file explorer app (IMPORTANT!)

STEP 2:

Copy the CyanogenMod ROM and GApps zip file to your SD card or internal memory (By using a USB cable or via adb push command).

STEP 3:

Reboot your phone into recovery mode (Hole Volume UP + HOME + Power button while the phone is booting)
Or if you have a PC in hand with USB driver installed for your phone then type the following command to enter into recovery mode:

$ adb reboot recovery

STEP 4:

Wipe data/factory reset.
If you don’t know how to do this then here is how to wipe data using TWRP recovery.

This will delete all your data on your phone. You may consider backing up your phone data or take a nandroid backup. Here is how to take NANDROID backup using TWRP recovery.

STEP 5:

Select the Install Zip from sdcard option.
Select the CyanogenMod ROM zip and then followed by the GApps zip file.

The flashing may take a while, be patient and make sure you have enough battery backup. When it will be done you can reboot your system and enjoy the CyanogenMod 12.1 Galaxy S Advance Lollipop ROM, the Android Lollipop touch with CyanogenMod.
