The Poco F1 runs on MIUI which is the stock firmware loaded with bloatwares. If you ever wished to run the Poco F1 as a Pixel phone, then there is a build available which converts the Poco F1 to a Pixel 4 phone.

This is an Android 10 based Pixel ROM for Poco F1 which is brought to you by developer argraur. If you like this ROM and his work, you may wish to donate to him.

As this is just a stock ROM like the Pixel phones, this is also used to run Android 11 GSI on Poco F1.
