BSG GCam 8.3

This is a GCam port of base version 8.3.252 and BSG version v0c (latest) which is built by BSG.

Added "ASTRO ON" (forced astrophotography limited only by the minimum shutter speed of this mode).
Added on / off "DNG compression" (photo in raw format).
Fixed a bug with "blurring" photos in poor lighting conditions.

Fixed error in determining PD format.

Added the ability to work the modification on libraries from versions 8.3.252.381773168.02, 8.3.252.385872599.11, 8.3.252.388784741.13
Fixed photo resolution on some devices
Added "HDR+ enhanced" to portrait mode
Fixed shading_map (colored circles in the photo) on devices with EXYNOS
Added the ability to edit the number of frames in "HDR+ enhanced", in dev. settings - "camera.nonzsl_frame_count"
Fixed bugs with disabling OIS when switching modes on some devices.
