Yes, looks like all the LineageOS 14.1 ROM files for Xperia X Dual has been removed by the dev.

But here I have found some Android Pie for Xperia X Dual:

Download the OEM required for the Pie build of Xperia X Dual:

Use the following command to flash the above Pie build on Xperia X Dual:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
fastboot flash cache cache.img
fastboot flash oem [downloaded OEM image filename]

Camcorder is not working on this build.

I have not found any official LineageOS for the HTC One M7 but below are some of the unofficial Nougat and Oreo builds you can try:
– LineageOS 15 OREO for HTC One M7
– LineageOS 14.1 Nougat for HTC One M7
– Legacy CyanogenMod 14.1 Nougat for HTC One M7
