How to put Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro in EDL Mode ?

1) I tried using different number to login and it ask for a verification code. After I received the verfication code via SMS. I typed it on the login screen, then, it says Code is invalid even though I typed it correctly. I resend the the code, but still say invalid code.
2) I tried logging in with Facebook, then it says bound to computer and can start but after a while, it says unathorized account.
3) Same with sign in with email, it says bound to computer and can start but after a while, it says unathorized account.
4) My phone is chinese rom when I bought it. So ive tried flashing Chinese Stock Firmware. I had tried also Global Firmware but still no good. And say unathorized account.

If your phone is bricked then by default it will boot into EDL mode and nothing else. If not you don’t have to worry.

If you connect your phone to the PC and press the power button, you can see the device under Ports in Device Manager on Windows.

I don’t understand why this is not taking.
Can you try again after 24 hours?

In the meanwhile let me check what is really happening around this.

My phone Redmi note 8 pro, i can’t boot into fastboot and recovery, it show black screen, when i connect with power cable to pc it show stable notification sound, but on pc it play sound like connect and disconnect after few seconds continue, i tried to flash with sp flash with your tutorial but my phone still continue rebooting how i can solve this issue :(

Hi Siba first of all thank you for your time,
in step 8 : I click the Download button to start flashing the firmware
then step 9: Start the phone in EDL mode and connect the phone to the PC(just connect? dont press any button?)
How much time it will needed for the step 10?

DO NOT MESS WITH FLASHING THE REDMI NOTE 8 PRO AS OF RIGHT NOW!

Siba you should go and do more research on XDA forum before you gave out all this advices, many phones are bricked because of you!

Bound to this computer does not mean you have the authorization to flash from ADL mode this have to be done by an AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT.

The pro tools you made me created an account for just to download is not enough!

My phone is not bricked btw, I always do some through out research and wait for eager tester to test it out for me first.

AGAIN, DO NOT FLASH AS EVEN THE PRO ON XDA ARE BRICKING THEIR PHONE.

When the phone is bricked by default it will be in the EDL mode.
You can verify that by pressing the power button (basically turning on the phone) and connect to a Windows PC.
Then verify under Ports > Device Manager to see a HS USB QDLoader 9008 port or something.

Once you see this you know that the phone is in EDL mode.
You can connect then and try flashing.
