The Android 12 source code has been pushed to the AOSP branch from Google on 4th October 2021 and we have also seen some AOSP based Android 12 builds as well for various devices (see the below list).
After this update, many OEMs will push the Android 12 update to the eligible devices, but exactly when?
As a user must know what is the release date, which all phones will get the Android 12 update, and of course when will your phone get the update!
In this article we have listed all such minute details. In case we have missed something, you can always let us know in a comment and we will try to include that information as soon as possible.
Android 12 Release Date and Timeline
The developer preview program which started back in Feb 2021 and was available only for some of the Google Pixel phones.
As of now the final version of Android 12 is already released on 4th October 2021 and we have started seeing some of the AOSP based custom ROM builds as well.

Supported Android 12 BETA Devices
This time as many as 11 OEMs (including Google, obviously) joined hands to bring the latest Android beta to their new devices.
Look at the phones list below to know which phones are eligible to get the Android 12 update and which have already been got it.

As of now only these are the OEMs and devices eligible to get the latest ANdroid 12 update. And of course the actual release is 3 months down the line.
It is possible that some older devices may get this update through some GSI images from various developers.
