Few of the working GCam or Google Camera for Moto X4 is now available to download which is built by BSG, onFire. As of now the latest version of GCam is 7.3 but for the Moto X4 we have only till the GCam 7.2 version. Once a verified port is available, it will be added to the list.

The Google camera 6.1 provides night sight and the GCam 7.x version brings Astrophotography mode to the Moto X4. The available GCam APK ports are compatible on Android Pie and Android 10.

How to Install the Google Camera APK on Moto X4?
- Download the GCam apk from the above download link.
- To install apps from a third party app other than Play Store you need to enable app install from Unknown Sources on your Android device.
For Android Oreo or Pie version, enable Install Unknown Apps from the app from which you are going to install the Google Camera APK.
For example: if you have downloaded the Google Camera apk file on Google chrome or firefox browser on your phone.
Or you have downloaded and copied the apk file to the file browser and you want to install it from there.Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Open the app (Chrome, Firefox or file manager app etc) > Install unknown apps and enable Allow from this source

- Once enabled, click on the downloaded app to install.
- Once installed you can clear the app data and open the app and enjoy the feature packed Google Camera on Moto X4.
Prevent portrait images to be saved in a new folder
Portrait mode creates a separate folder. To prevent this, change the below setting:
Go to Settings > Advanced (under custom settings) > Enable Save to /DCIM/Camera
How to shoot in astrophotography mode?
Enable the following setting to make the Astrophotography mode available all the time.
Go to Settings > Advanced (under custom settings) > Toggle the Force astrophotography to enable

How to enable 32x Zoom?
There is no specific setting that has to be enabled to achieve get high res zoom. Just use the zoom slider to get the maximum zoom the phone supports.
New features are keep on coming on the Google Camera app and hence there could be many versions of these ported apps for Moto X4. This page will always have all available working Google Camera for Moto X4.
