Could not install cause it said the “current device is .”
It seems that it could not detect my s4 correctly.

I think the recovery is the culprit in this case.
Can you tell me which recovery and what’s the version that you are using?
If you are on an outdated recovery then I will recommend to go with a latest one and see if can solve the issue !

Well, just now I explored that this ROM does not support the following two variants of Galaxy S4:
GT-I9515 is not supported (slighty different hardware)
GT-I9500 is not supported (completely different hardware)
See if yours is one of these or different.

My S4 is GT-I9505.
I just downgraded to Lineage OS 14.1 (jfltexx)…
This ROM works perfectly fine.

Unfortunately the camera app stopped working after a few days.
Switched to another camera app (Camera Zoom FX).
Waiting for the next beta… ;)
