cpufreq gnome plugin or similar for cinnamon

Hello, I have previously used the cpufreq gnome plugin, and now I’m using cinnamon. Is there a way to get this application running in cinnamon, or is there an equivalent application that will work in cinnamon? Specifically I want to be able to turn off turbo/boost on a Ryzen CPU. Thanks
