Mi Mix 2S was launched with Android 8.0 and it will never receive the official MIUI / HyperOS Android 14 update in future.

You need to understand that, Installing this Android 14 Pixel Experience ROM or any custom ROM requires advanced knowledge to modify the underlying firmware on your phone, such as you may need to unlock bootloader, custom recovery installation etc.

How to Install Android 14 on Mi Mix 2S
Below is the step-by-step guide to install the Pixel Experience Android 14 ROM on your Mi Mix 2S.

It is highly recommended to install latest MIUI firmware on your Mi Mix 2S before flashing this ROM!

- Download the Pixel Experience Android 14 ROM for Mi Mix 2S and copy it into the phone or keep in the PC (if you intend to install using ADB sideload)

- Download links are available in the below download section.

- Download and install the ADB Fastboot utility on your PC.
- Unlock bootloader on Mi Mix 2S
- Download and install the recovery for Mi Mix 2S
- Download the Pixel Experience recovery for the Pixel Experience ROM
- Reboot the phone into fastboot mode (press both Power + Volume Up keys) and then flash the recovery.img using the below command line
fastboot flash recovery pe-polaris..*.img
- Now, download Pixel Experience Android 14 ROM file for Mi Mix 2S
- Enter into recovery mode and Wipe data, Cache, System and system partition.

You can choose to keep a backup of the relevant boot and system partition so that you can rollback if the new build doesn’t work properly.[/su_note] - Then use Apply zip from ADB (which is ADB sideload)
- Open a cmd window and execute the below command to first flash the Firmware and then the ROM
adb sideload firmware.zip- Download the latest firmware from here
adb sideload PixelExperience_polaris-14.0..*.zip- Use ADB Sideload to install the Android 14 ROM zip file.
- Once done, reboot the phone to boot into Android 14 on Mi Mix 2S.
- DONE
NOTE: This ROM already has GApps built-in. You DO NOT need to flash any Android 14 GApps.
Google Camera for Mi Mix 2S on Android 14
Google Camera APK now a days is running almost on all Android phones regardless of OEM type. You can check one of the compatible GCam APK for Mi Mix 2S from the link given there.
