Xiaomi and Vivo ropes in novel methods for product delivery!

Indian Govt. has already extended the lockdown, but not with extreme restrictions. Since this is the third time, the country is going for lockdown, and This time Govt. has permitted for e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart for selling goods other than essentials. But there will be a delay in delivery, and they’re allowed to do delivery only in Orange, and Green zones. To overcome this, Vivo India has come up with an option for buying smartphones in an SMS from its offline stores. Those who prefer to visit the store, and buy smartphones can still go out and purchase it.

How does this work?

According to this system, when one sends an inquiry via an SMS, or even in the company’s website, and in the Facebook page of Vivo, a person from the brand will inquire, and get in touch with the customer. For sending a message via SMS just send it to 123886. That said, he will help them in buying a new smartphone with the requirements of the customer. As stated above, the sale and delivery through different retail stores across the country. Currently, the SMS bases system is only working, and the latter will take action before May 12.
