Samsung had started rolling out its OneUI 2.1 for some of its devices. The brand has rolled out OneUI 2.0 for most of its devices. The latest OneUI 2.1 comes with a ton of features over the latter. Now, the brand has started rolling out the update for the Verizon Galaxy Note 9. A few weeks before, the units of the Sprint & T-Mobile has received the new OneUI 2.1 update.
The new update comes with the version number N960USQU4ETG1 and with the July 2020 security patch. The changelog in Verizon’s website only mentions a few changes like System Enhancements and new security patches, in reality, it comes with a lot of changes. The OneUI 2.1 was launched along with the Galaxy S20 series. It will get all those features present in the Galaxy S20 series.
That said, the Verizon Galaxy Note 9 gets new features in the camera app like single take, pro video mode, and other features like Music share, and Quick share. As usual, the update is rolling out as OTA and will take some time to reach your device. If you haven’t received the notification, then you can head over to Settings then tap on Software Updates. Now click on Download & Install, and it will install the OneUI 2.1 update in your device.
