Description

We reported that some of the Samsung tablets are receiving Android 10 updates. Earlier this year, Samsung released its flagship tablet i.e. Galaxy Tab S6. Soon after i.e. nearly after a month of its launch Verizon pushed out the Android 10 for the flagship tablet. Few days before, T-Mobile has also started rolling out One UI 2.1 on top of Android 10. Those who are aware of Verizon, and T-Mobile, both are leading carrier networks in US.

The Android 10 update for the LTE variant (SM-T867U) comes with the version number T867USQU2BTE1, and with May 2020 security patch. Further, the new update weighs over 2GB, so make sure that you have enough mobile data or Wi-Fi pack. The changelog of T-Mobile hasn’t mentioned anything, so we don’t know what actually the brand is included in this update.

The new update is rolling as OTA, and will be recieved in your device within few days. The device gets both the One UI 2.1, and Android 10 features like improved Dark Mode, new navigation gestures, tweaked color scheme icons, improved camera app, a refreshed design inside the Device Care section, Music Share and Quick Share.

If you haven’t received the update, you can head over to Settings » Software update and tap on Download and install for installing the same. Please let us know if you encounter any bugs after installing the update.
