Last week, Realme unveiled its cheapest 5G smartphone in the Chinese market. The Realme X50m is all set to go for sales in the country. It is a trimmed-down variant of the Realme X50. The brand is also giving discounts to customers who are purchasing the phone until Friday. If you’re buying it within Friday, you will get a flat 100 Yuan discount. So, the final pricing would be around 1,899 Yuan for the base variant.

Realme X50m Specifications!

The Realme X50m 5G sports a 6.57 inches FHD+ IPS LCD, and with a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. Underneath the Realme X50m 5G, it sports the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC, which pairs with six and 8GB of RAM. And only with 128GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage. Further, this is not expandable via the micro SD card. The device runs on the Realme UI V1.0 on top of the Android 10.

Talking about optics, the Realme X50m 5G has a quad rear camera setup. The quad rear camera includes a primary 48MP sensor with an aperture value of f/1.8. This sensor pairs with an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor with an aperture value of f/2.2, and a tertiary 2MP macro sensor with an aperture value of f/2.4. And finally, this setup also includes a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture value of f/2.4. To the front, it has two sensors, which include a primary 16MP sensor with an aperture value of f/2.0, which pairs with a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture value of f/2.4.

The Realme X50m 5G is packing a 4,200mAh battery with support for 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge support. The company claims to charge the phone up to 70 percent in just 30 minutes. It is available in two color options, i.e., in Starry Blue, and Galaxy White. It gets a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and also support for face unlock. The actual pricing for the smartphone is as follows;

  • 1,999 Yuan for 6GB + 128GB variant
  • 2,299 Yuan for 8GB + 128GB variant
