Oppo launched its new smartphone Oppo F17 Pro on 2nd September 2020. The Oppo F17 Pro boasts of a sleek design, amazing cameras, and 30W quick charging.

Display

The phone comes with a massive 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and it has a refresh rate of 60Hz which gives great gaming experience because of its amoled display and it has an in-display fingerprint sensor. The absence of a 90Hz display is a missed advantage.

Cameras

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oppo F17 Pro on the rear packs a 48MP primary camera; a second 8MP camera; a third 2MP camera, and a fourth 2MP camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. For selfies and video chat, the Oppo F17 Pro offers the dual camera setup at the front, with a 16MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone also gets Portrait Mode, Night Mode, Time-Lapse, Slow-Mo, and other features. Oppo has improved its camera from previous phones.

Performance

Oppo F17 Pro operates on ColorOS 7.2 which is based Android 10 operating system. It is powered by the Mediatek Helio P95 processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage and the storage is further expandable using a dedicated microSD card slot. The MediaTek Helio P95’s achieves a 10% increase in benchmark performance versus the previous generation, making it one of the most powerful AI processing engines available for 4G smartphones, this will provide faster and great working and gaming experience.

Battery

Oppo f17 pro is powered by a 4000mAh battery and it supports proprietary fast charging. It comes with a 30W fast charger which will charge the phone completely within 50 mins. This battery is big enough to provide nonstop experience all day.

Oppo F17 Pro is a great phone with impressive cameras and processor at the price of Rs. 22,990 which could have been a little low. It comes in three colors- Magic Blue, Matte Black, Metallic White.
