OneUI 2.5 is the latest version of OneUI, and the brand has started rolling out the same for its flagship smartphones. It will be the last version of the OneUi 2 series, and the next major update will be the upcoming OneUI 3.0. Samsung is already testing the forthcoming OneUI 3.0 with the Galaxy S20 series. FYI, OneUI 2.5 was launched with the new Galaxy Note 20 series. The latest update arrives for the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+, and S10e. And in Note 10 series, the update comes for Galaxy Note 10, Note 10+, and Note 10 Lite. The update for the S10 series is live in Germany and will arrive in other countries soon.

OneUI 2.5 update for Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10!

The Samsung Galaxy S10 receives an update with version number G973FXXU8DTH7, while S10+ gets the update with G975FXXU8DTH7, and finally, the S10e will jump to the version G970FXXU8DTH7. Talking about the Note 10 series, devices with the model number SM-N970F, SM-N975F, and SM-N976B gets the update. While the update for the Note 10 Lite comes with the version number N770FXXU5CTH4. Currently, it is rolling out in Spain and will roll out in other parts too. Apart from the OneUI 2.5 changes, the updates for all these devices come with the latest September security patch.

The Note 10 Lite gets new features like better Pro video features, more extended photo in Single take option, Split keyboard for landscape mode, more interaction with selected Wi-Fi routers, and many more. Coming to the Galaxy S10 series, the update includes Wireless Dx, which will help you to cast a screen that supports Mira cast. All the changes in Note 10 Lite also come in the S10 series. Other features include support for Bitmoji in the AOD screen and SOS message pre-configuration. As usual, the update rolls out as OTA and will take some time to reach your unit.
