Mi 10 5G, Mi TWS, and Mi TV Stick to launch tomorrow!

Xiaomi is all set to unveil its new flagship after many years in the Indian market. The last flagship which Xiaomi launched under the Mi branding was the Mi 5, and Mi Mix 2. Since then, they were continuously focused on the Redmi lineup and introduced Redmi K20 Pro last year as a flagship device. On May 4, they had confirmed the launch date for the same, i.e., on May 8. The launch event will not only unveil the Mi 10, but the brand will also launch some other products too. The brand has already started teasing some other cool gadgets.

The smartphone was about to launch in March 2020 in India, and it delayed because of the ongoing lockdown declared by the Indian Govt. However, this time the Govt. has given permissions for e-commerce platforms to sell goods, so Xiaomi is up with the launch. The tweet from Xiaomi mentions that the Mi 10 5G will launch on May 8.

The pricing of the Mi 10 5G will be high since the first units are not built in India, and the recent GST hike will also a reason for the brand to price it high. It is the reason why the brand is not launching the much-awaited Mi 10 Pro 5G alongside the Mi 10 5G.

A day before yesterday, Manu tweeted that the Mi-branded truly wireless stereo (TWS) earphones will also launch in the Indian market along with the Mi 10 5G. However, he didn’t confirm the exact model which would come in the Indian market. The picture tells us it may be the Mi AirDots 2 or Mi AirDots 2S. Since both have the same design and different specifications, we can’t confirm which would launch in India. The famous tipster Ishan suggests that it will be the Mi AirDots 2.

Finally, Mi TV Stick will also launch.

And, interestingly yesterday, the brand took out to Twitter that they will be unveiling one more product. The tweet tells us that the product will turn any TV into a smart TV. From the teaser, we can understand that it will be either Mi Box or Mi TV Stick. The Mi TV Box is famous in the Chinese market, and the last Mi Box was launched in 2018. Since it is two years older now, the brand will be unveiling the new Mi TV Stick, which was reported by Sudhanshu to launch in Europe.
