The Note 20 Ultra has a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and it has a refresh rate of 120 Hz which makes the phone smoother, faster, and gives a great gaming experience too because of its higher refresh rate and big display. The S20 ultra has a similar display of 6.9-inch with a 120Hz refresh rate, both the devices are pretty similar though the Note 20 Ultra supports an S-Pen.

The Galaxy Note 20 has a triple rear camera system, comprised of a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 108MP wide-angle sensor, and a 12MP telephoto sensor. There is also a laser autofocus sensor on board to help achieve the 50X zoom and 5x optical and on the front, it has a 10MP camera for selfies. Samsung compromised with the camera a little to reduce the cost of Note 20 ultra but still, it has a great camera.

The Note 20 Ultra runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset, or the Exynos 990 which is the best and fastest in the market right now, it operates on the Android 10 and S20 ultra had Snapdragon 865 which is a little slow compared to 865 plus. The Note 20 Ultra 5G has 12GB ram with storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. The 4G model has 8GB ram with storage options of 256GB and 512GB.
Battery
Note 20 ultra has a massive battery of 4,500 mAh which comes with a 25W fast charger, it will charge the phone completely in around 70 mins. This battery should be enough for your day. While the S20 ultra had a bigger battery of 5,000 mAh. Both devices support wireless charging.

The Note 20 ultra is a great smartphone with a better processor than the S20 ultra but compromises with battery and camera a little. The Note 20 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will cost you Rs 77,999 and S20 Ultra cots around Rs 70,000. So yes, it can be an alternative to S20 ultra.
