Huawei Mate 40, and Mate 40 Pro concept render leaked!

Huawei will unveil its Mate 40, and Mate 40 Pro in the late Q3 or early Q4 of 2020. Both the smartphones will be the upcoming flagships from the brand without Google Mobile Services. A new leak surrounding the Huawei Mate 40 has revealed its design. The leaked concept shows its design, which is similar to Mate 30 and Pro.

Huawei Mate 40

As seen in the render, the Huawei Mate 40 features a Penta camera in a circular setup to the rear. Earlier, some leaks suggest the same design for the cameras of the device. To the front, we can see there are no cutouts, notches, or any pop-up modules. It tells us that the Mate 40 series will be the first device to use the under-display camera tech. Huawei has earlier implemented earpiece under the screen with its Huawei P30 Pro. So, we can expect a similar kind of tech in the upcoming device too.

The render shows us a curved display of the smartphone, which has skinny bezels all over the sides. The curved screen looks fantastic and goes all the way to the sides. To the bottom, we can see the USB type C port, speaker grill, and the SIM tray. The leaked render doesn’t reveal anything other than this. Huawei didn’t tip us anything about the device to date.

Huawei Mate 40 Pro

The concept of the premium Mate 40 Pro also has been leaked, which is created by TS designer. It isn’t an official render, but the product will look almost like this. The render reveals that the device will feature a dual-screen. It is the first time a Huawei smartphone is getting multiple screens. The second screen is placed to the top right of the back panel, where the top left has the Penta camera setup. It is different from the Mate 40, and the older Mate 30 series. Near the telephoto sensor, there is a 100X branding which tells us that the device will get support for 100X digital zoom. The secondary display can display time, battery information, and the preview of photos taken by the rear camera.
